Sleepy Joe – Return & Refund Policy

At Sleepy Joe, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a bed you truly love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may return your bed within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original method of payment.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you received free delivery, a standard delivery fee may be deducted from your refund.


3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

  • Exchanges for size or preference are subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery fee.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used mattresses or beds removed from their original packaging.

  • Custom orders made to specific requirements.

  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
