At Sleepy Joe, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a bed you truly love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You may return your bed within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original method of payment.

Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you received free delivery, a standard delivery fee may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Exchanges for size or preference are subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery fee.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Used mattresses or beds removed from their original packaging.

Custom orders made to specific requirements.

Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
