At Sleepy Joe, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.


1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to main provinces in South Africa, including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, Free State, and Northern Cape.

  • If you live outside these areas, please contact us to confirm if delivery can be arranged.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, stock availability, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., transport delays, strikes, or weather conditions).

  • Customers will be notified if delays occur.


3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be confirmed at checkout or when placing your order.

  • Promotional offers (such as Free Delivery) may apply from time to time.


4. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your order.

  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • If no one is available, re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your bed arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
