1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to main provinces in South Africa, including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, Free State, and Northern Cape.

If you live outside these areas, please contact us to confirm if delivery can be arranged.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, stock availability, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., transport delays, strikes, or weather conditions).

Customers will be notified if delays occur.
3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be confirmed at checkout or when placing your order.

Promotional offers (such as Free Delivery) may apply from time to time.
4. Delivery Process

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your order.

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

If no one is available, re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bed arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
