  • Mattresses and beds that have been used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Sleepy Joe beds come with a 1-5 year Guarantee & 10-15 Year Warranty manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sleepy Joe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
